FRENCH EV INCENTIVES
The French incentives were introduced in 2013. The purchase incentive for EV’s is €6,3000 ($7,100) and PHEV’s €1,000 ($1,100). A further scrapping of diesel vehicles allows for a supplementary bonus of €10,000 ($11,000) when the replacement is an EV and €3,500 ($4,000) for a PHEV.

2018 Week 1 - France halts rebates for PHEVS
The French Government suspended rebates for plug-in electric vehicles from the start of 2018. Pure electric passenger cars and light delivery vehicles will still qualify for the €6,000 rebate and a scrapping bonus of €2,500 when replacing a combustion vehicle with an EV.
