Emporer Electric Car Co Electric Vehicles
, the US-based electric car company, has formed a joint-venture (JV) with Chinese firms China Smarter Energy Group (CSE) and the China Yixing Environmental Technology Industrial Park Development Corporation (ES&TP) to produce electric sport utility vehicles (SUVs) in China, Forbes reported early this week. The JV called, Emperor Electric Car Co, is 50% owned by Detroit Electric, 40% by CSE and 10% by ES&TP.
